What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: name, phone or email, postcode and your message
- Videos and photos you upload through the video e-survey
- Basic technical data such as the page you came from, to see which pages bring enquiries
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask for. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Form messages are delivered to us by Formspree. Survey videos are stored privately on our own web hosting (Hostinger, UK/EU servers) and are not public.
How long we keep it
Survey videos are deleted automatically after six months. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any work that follows, and for customers for as long as we need to for warranty and legal records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
